1. Acceptance of Terms

Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, IP addresses or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts along with the forfeiture of any balances and bonuses held within them.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. mbi88 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account information secure. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact our support team immediately.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and current. False or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in that account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at mbi88 are processed through designated payment methods, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. mbi88 reserves the right to add or remove any payment method from time to time.

4.1 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

4.2 Withdrawal Verification

All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks. mbi88 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for new accounts or requests involving large amounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise specified.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

5. Bonuses and Promotions

mbi88 offers various promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the stipulated wagering requirements and must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from them can be made.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 150% welcome bonus up to a maximum of RM1,500 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received, and must be fulfilled before the bonus funds or any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per user, household or IP address.
• mbi88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through abuse or misuse.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Each bonus offer has an expiry date; bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically.

6. Game Rules

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games are final once processed by the system. Any claim or dispute relating to a game result must be submitted within 24 hours of the game ending through the customer support channel.

6.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during a game in progress, mbi88 reserves the right to cancel the game in question and return the bet to the user's account. Results obtained during a technical disruption may not be recognised.

• The user is found to be below the required age limit.
• Compliance with instructions from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
